Before the Rebrand

During my internship as the Marketing Coordinator for My Learning Studio's rebranding campaign, I was entrusted with a critical task: to elevate the center's online presence and attract new families through a well-thought-out social media strategy. MLS had been grappling with a lack of a consistent visual identity and sporadic social media activity, prompting me to take charge and create a cohesive and engaging online presence for the brand.

One of my initial endeavors was to develop a new visual identity for MLS, which involved creating a comprehensive Visual Identity Guide. This guide outlined the brand's new color palette, font choices, and design elements, providing a solid foundation for all future marketing materials. I also collaborated with the team to revamp marketing materials, such as brochures, to make them visually captivating and user-friendly.

Once the new visual identity was established, my focus shifted towards implementing a robust social media strategy. Leveraging tools like Facebook Ad Manager and Hootsuite, I crafted and scheduled engaging posts for MLS's Facebook page. I also conceptualized and produced tutorial videos for social media, with an eye towards scalability and wider reach.

In addition to social media management, I also made significant contributions to MLS's content marketing efforts. This included crafting compelling blog content and assisting in the production of marketing materials, such as website copywriting and promotional flyers. By providing valuable and relevant content across various channels, I aimed to establish MLS as a credible and authoritative source of tutoring services.

Throughout the campaign, I employed various tools and programs, including Facebook Ad Manager, Hootsuite, and Canva, to streamline my workflow and optimize the impact of the rebranding efforts. As a result of the strategic and cohesive approach I took, MLS witnessed a significant increase in their social media engagement. This included a 30% increase in average monthly post reach, with posts now reaching an average of 800 unique users compared to the previous average of 600 users. The average monthly engagement rate also surged by 20%, from 0.8% to 0.96%, indicating a higher level of interaction and interest from the audience.

Furthermore, MLS's Facebook page experienced a substantial growth of 25% in total likes, with the page now boasting over 100 followers compared to the previous count of 80 followers. These numbers highlight the success of the rebranding campaign in enhancing MLS's brand awareness and expanding their online reach.

In conclusion, my role as the Marketing Coordinator for My Learning Studio's rebranding campaign involved creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that resulted in increased brand awareness and engagement. Through the development of a cohesive visual identity, regular social media posting schedule, and compelling marketing materials, I helped MLS establish a strong online presence and attract new families to the tutoring center. The successful execution of this project showcases my expertise in rebranding, graphic design, and marketing strategy, and my proficiency in utilizing tools such as Facebook Ad Manager, Hootsuite, and Canva to drive tangible results.
